Gabriela DeBues-Stafford, a Nike athlete representing Canada, won the women's 1,500 meters in a world-leading 4:03.20 at the Sound Running Track Meet at JSerra High in San Juan Capistrano, Calif. It marked the first race for DeBues-Stafford since a fourth-place finish March 18 in the 3,000 at the World Indoor Championships in Serbia.
